Suggested Use

  • If doing prior to the ParaFy Cleanse, do it 7 days prior to starting the ParaFy Cleanse. If doing it after the ParaFy cleanse, wait 5 days after last dose.
  • Take 1 Gutty packet first thing in the morning on empty stomach for 3 days in a row.
  • Mix 1 packet thoroughly with 1 tablespoon lime juice & two cups alkaline water (add a pinch of baking soda to your water to make it alkaline)
  • Tip: Drink fast, as the chia seeds will start to gel up.
